Samuel T. Swansen is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the University of Wisconsin Law School. Sam brings over 30 years of experience to his practice including 20 years as a partner in a major Philadelphia law firm. He is a member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys and is a contributing author to two estate planning handbooks, Legacy and Generations.
Sam holds an AV rating, the highest, from Martindale-Hubbell. His professional affiliations include admittance to the Bar of the United States and Pennsylvania Supreme Courts, memberships in the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the American, Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and Montgomery Bar Associations, and the Dartmouth Lawyers Association. He also serves as President Emeritus of Foulkeways at Gwynedd, a continuing care retirement community; as Chairman of the Board of Friends Life Care at HomeTM, a continuing care at home program; as the Secretary of The Bach Festival of Philadelphia; and as General Counsel to the Philadelphia Yearly Meeting of Friends (Quakers).
